I am here to help guide you through the therapeutic process, to heal and process from life's stressors. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to help my clients work through anxiety, depression, adjusting to new situations, mood disorders, and more. I have experience working with teens, as well as adults (ages 13 and up). I find that life is too short not to make the best of it, and through coping skills and counseling it is possible to live your best life.
My therapeutic approach is evidence-based. We will identify your goals and work on empowering you to overcome obstacles that may be in your way. The therapeutic experience will develop more effective personal skills to improve every aspect of your life. I have worked in the helping profession since 2010, serving adults and teens in several different roles.
My mission is to provide a safe environment in which you can grow, come to know yourself more deeply and find a way to improve your life as you embark on a journey of self-discovery. My counseling style is both educational and therapeutic.
