Hi, I’m Katelynn Saunders, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and telehealth provider based in Port Orchard, Washington. I specialize in helping adults and teens manage anxiety, ADHD, high-functioning autism, and life’s big transitions through a DBT-informed, compassionate approach.

I’ve been working in the helping profession since 2010, and I truly love what I do. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and start building skills that actually make life feel lighter and more manageable. Therapy with me is collaborative, down-to-earth, and focused on helping you find the balance between acceptance and change.

I’m also a mom of three, a wife, and a small business owner, so I understand how complicated life can get when you’re trying to hold everything together. I bring that real-world understanding into my sessions—no clinical jargon, just honest conversations and practical tools you can use right away.
